Introduction
The Circus Apartment is ideal for those who want a truly memorable visit to Bath. Situated on the Kings Circus (circa 1760), you will being staying right in the midst of historic Georgian Bath and only moments from the main visitors attractions, cafés, restaurants and City centre shopping.
The property has recently been renovated to a high standard and is ideal for two adults.

Welcome & Car Parking

Arrangements will be made in advance of your stay. A parking permit which allows for one car park in the Central Zone will be available. On-street car parking is available in the Circus, Bennett Street and other local roads using the supplied parking permit.
Central Bath shopping and visitor attractions are all within easy walking distance


Access and lighting
The apartment is located on the ground floor of 18 The Circus. The communal hallway and staircase are shared with other occupiers of the building.
The lobby is lit 24 hours per day. On the staircase there is time controlled light switches at each main floor level.
There is short pile carpet through the entrance hallway, staircase and throughout the flat other than the kitchen and bathroom, both of which are tiled.
The entrance door width is 86cm and the doors within the flat are 81cm wide.
The apartment is all on one level with no steps.


Reception Room
The reception room is situated at the front of the property overlooking The Circus.
There are three large sash windows with fully lined curtains
The room has two traditional settees with natural feather cushions and a low coffee table
There is a LED widescreen TV with remote control and Blu-ray/DVD player
Lighting comprises ceiling and wall lamps together with floor standard and table lights
There is a display cabinet containing a selection of books, games and DVDs


Dining Area
The dining area is situated to the front of the building with a window over-looking The Circus.
The dining table is circular seating four people comfortably.
There is reasonable free space around the table, which is moveable if required.


Kitchen
The kitchen is situated overlooking Bennett Street with level access to the dining area.
The worktops are natural hardwood and granite at standard height.
Appliances include dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven with grill over and fridge-freezer


Bedroom
The master bedroom has two sash windows situated overlooking Bennett Street and include a 6 large King sized bed with can be un-zipped to form two standard single beds.

Bathroom

The bathroom is at the rear of the property and overlooks the Assembly Rooms.
The bathroom is fully tiled and includes a double-ended bath with shower over and a frosted glass shower screen.
The shower is main pressure operated by a single button on/off and simple turn knob to adjust water temperature.
The wash basin is at standard height with lever operated mixer taps.


General Information
The Circus Apartment is strictly non smoking property
There are local general provisions shops in Julian Road, 2 minutes north of 18 The Cirucs, and Waitrose supermarket is less than a 10 minute walk away.
